In Defense of Expensive Churches

Many argue that Christians, especially showy Catholics with their stain-glass windows, "popish" statues, and actual thought-out architecture (let's forget the 60s through 90s for a minute, here; part of one century in horrendous taste, in comparison to the 1500 plus years of good taste) are way too expensive.

"Sell all you have and give to the poor" argument.

Well, this article takes that apart, with helpful links to bishops' and priests' salaries--from a secular source--to point out they aren't extravagant by any means.
